Biography
Chinedum has 15 years of hands-on construction experience. He began his career in architecture, design and contract administration, serving as Junior Architect and then Staff Architect.
His first role in construction was as an Estimator, from which he rose to Executive Vice President, overseeing the day-to-day administration of construction contracts and business development. His strengths are business development, contract negotiation, partnerships and client relations.

The sequence matters. Having sat on all three sides of a project is why the in-house model was the obvious answer rather than an experiment.
