Who we are
C2 Community Development is a development company created to disrupt and tackle the housing and shelter crisis, especially in underserved communities. As a sister company to The C2 Contracting Company, we hold in-house capability across the entire development process — from acquisition and design through to construction.
That brings value to our projects, investors and joint venture partners by reducing cost and streamlining the process. We have architects, engineers, construction managers, property managers and business professionals in house who can evaluate, source and put together complex deals, and manage complex properties, from the inception of an agreement to handover.
